①  Please click or tap on Main Page Registration button from menu on this Site.

②  Enter your full name in kanji and alphabet (if you do not have name with Kanji, please fill in alphabet 2 times), sex, address, birthday and the e-mail and password you will be using from now on. After entering all your information tick on the checkbox “I agree to the terms above”, then click on “Register”.

③  You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

⑤  Click on the link to complete the registration.

My Page Menu Descriptions

NEWS : Displays the latest announcements.
Reservation : Displays the screen to book events and lessons.
Reservation status : Displays lessons and events you have reserved.
History of using : Shows lessons attended and events participated in.
Contract details : Provides information on the use of purchased tickets.
Online Shop : Displays the screen for purchasing lesson and event tickets.
Purchase history : Show the history of your purchases.
Store list : Displays information about Tiempo.
Various settings : Allows you to change your personal information such as name, address, gender, etc. from here.

  MILONGA FULL PASS: Pass include three Milongas at NISHITETSU HALL, a Welcome Milonga and 3 After Milongas at TIEMPO HALL.

  The price for the milonga held at Nishitetsu Hall includes the price for assigned seats. After all seats were sold out, tickets will be available for admission only (no seats) with same price.

  Seating will be allocated by the organizer and may not be requested. If you wish to share a table, please contact us after purchasing. ( sakuratangofestival@tiempo.jp )

  The hall capacity is limited. If advance tickets are sold out, tickets will not be sold on the day.

  Any cancellation for personal reasons after payment of fee cannot be accepted.
Neither will the ticket be refunded in the case that the artist has been changed or cancelled, or in the case of a change of stage or performance schedule.
* Refunds will be made if the organizer decides to cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances.

  It is prohibited to resell tickets to a third party.

  TIEMPO assume no responsibility for any problems of ticket purchased from companies other than TIEMPO.

  MILONGA FULL PASS may be used only by the individual in whose name it has been issued.
When there is a violation, the right of receiving discount becomes invalid.

  MILONGA FULL PASS is valid only for purchases from the user's My Page.

⑤  Enter you’re A) credit card number, B) expiration date, C)security code, D)name, and E) number of payments (don’t change this: 一括払い means “pay in a lump” ), then click the "Pay" button.
Your purchase will be completed.

⑥  In case of purchasing "MILONGA FULL PASS" you will also have to reserve Milongas.
After purchasing, the website will return to the milonga main page where you can reserve each milonga through the purchase button.

⑦  Check that the reservation details are correct, and click or tap on “Reserve”.

Your reserve will be completed.

Please, for every milonga you will be taking, follow steps ⑥ and ⑦ to reserve your milonga.
For the entrance to "WELCOME MILONGA" and/or "AFTER MILONGA" you do not need to reserve.

Please read before purchasing.

  The registered lessons are valid only for the applicants. They are not subject to transfer to the other persons.
If you violate the rule, you will lose the right to participate in the workshop lessons.

  Once the registration is finished, selected lessons are basically non-changeable. In the unavoidable case, please contact us by email at sakuratangofestival@tiempo.jp.

  WORKSHOP PACK is valid only for purchases from the user's My Page.

The distinction between men and women is originally intended to ensure a balance between "leaders" and "followers," but since this system does not allow for any other representations other than "Man" and "Woman".

Depending on the gender registered in "My Page", select "L" for men (leaders) and "F" for women (followers). If you would like to select another role, please contact us.

Attention 2): Multiple choice is not available. It is necessary to reserve for each workshop you will be taking. Please repeat steps ⑥ and ⑦.
