Together for the same passion they traveled a long road so getting to be a couple who are known for their strength, maturity and defined tango style.
Since 1996, were formed with renowned masters and their first experience in the tango dance was in 1997.
Since then they participated in important national and international shows directed by renowned dancers and choreographers.
Since 2002 they travel to different cities in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and EEUU giving workshops and being part of important events and Tango Festivals.
In 2006 they were invited to be the leading couple of the video clip ¨Diferente¨ of Gotan Project. In Buenos Aires they participate in the most important Tango Festivals as CITA, Tango Salón Extremo, Argentina Tango Salón, Mujercitas among others and also travel to different cities of the country to give classes and seminars for the purpose of transmit their knowledge to new generations of tango dancers.
They are also invited by the Government of Buenos Aires, to serve as jurors of the Metropolitan Tango Championship and World Tango Championships.
Their dance is characterized by the precision and quality of their movements, the elegance and preserve the purest and essential tango.

Jonatan Agüero dancer and professional artist of Argentine tango dance, of Argentine nationality 🇦🇷 born in the Province of Cordoba, city of "Bell Ville" where he began his first tango steps at the age of 8, dancing, touring the country and competing in competitive dance competitions, obtaining the best scores and recognition as an artist internationally. At the age of 18 he began his career as a tango dance instructor, currently he is representing the Argentine Republic throughout the world in the best tango festivals and events: Italy, France, Russia, Croatia, Greece, Poland, Germany, China, Japan , Indonesia , Philippines , Australia , USA , Canada , Brazil ; Switzerland, Netherlands; Tunisia among other countries and cities of the world as a dancer, instructor and jury of the world tango championship / Italian / Russian championship / European championship.
His dance is characterized by being an authentic dancer, with great skill in his movements, passionate, maintaining the tradition of the great masters. In his classes, he stands out for proposing a dance method that facilitates the Student to understand with more speed and awareness about the movements, through attractive exercises.
Yasemin Oğuz: Argentine tango dancer and artist, born in Turkey in the city of Ankara capital, where she began her first steps with contemporary and traditional dance and then entered the world of tango, learning from prestigious and most famous teachers in the world, dancing in the biggest festivals in Turkey and Europe. Today she is in the city of Istanbul giving her classes in one of the most recognized academies in the country 'Istambul Tango. Yasemin dance is a harmonious, elegant, and technical dancer; is at the top of the list of women tango dancers that come to mind for professionals when Turkey is mentioned. You can see her natural and rich moves mixed elegantly on every details the when she is performing. Organic movement, being connected all the time and beautiful landing on the dance floor influenting her students. Besides her academic career as a lawyer she dedicate herself teaching tango and improving skills year by year.

They began their activities as a couple since 2008. For the fourth consecutive year from 2009 to 2012, they were finalists in the Salon Tango and Stage Tango categories of the world championship.
Since 2013 they returned to Tokyo and in June 2015 they founded the Tango Salon "Buenos Aires" in Minami Aoyama.
Recently, they have performed in musicals and concerts by former Takarazuka stars, and are also working as a choreographer.

Ezequiel Hudyma: He perfomed in Forever Tango as main character between 2009 and 2011.
He toured all over the world performing a musical “Tanguera” from 2003.
He perfomed in many dinner shows such as Piazzolla Tango, Ventana, El Viejo Almacén and Madero Tango. He is invited by Efecto Tango since 2012.
Chizuko Kuwamoto: Champion of the Stage Tango category of the 2010 World Championship.
She has appeared on television shows as "Tetsuko's Room", "Tatsuya Ishii's Show Time" and NHK BS's "Passion for Tango".
She participated in musicals like "Ballad to Loco" and "Elizabeth".
In 2009, she founded the Argentine tango academy "Efecto Tango Takadanobaba".
When she was 3 years old, she began folk dance and ballet, and she ended up focusing her career on tango. After acting as a professional ballet dancer at the Teatro Colón, she participated as a tango dancer in "Tango Passion", "Tango Seduccion", etc.
She was one of the original casts in "Forever Tango" performed on Broadway since 1995.
She was nominated for "Tony Award", "Outer Critics Circle" and "Drama Desk" for best choreographer.
She has also participated as a judge in several championships in Argentina, the United States and Asia.
She has served several times as chairman of the judging committee at the Asian tango world championships that were held in Japan.
In Japan, she appeared on the television show "Shabekuri TV." with the actress Tae Kimura.

Paula Tejeda (29) and Lucas Carrizo (33) hail from Catamarca in Argentina, and have been dancing since their teens. As a young couple in love they decided to leave their home to pursue their tango career in Buenos Aires. This was a decision which would change their lives forever.
Paula and Lucas have reached the highest levels of achievement in tango. They were crowned as the 2010 Metropolitan Tango Championship Champions in Tango category and placed as runners up in the Vals category.They were also part of the brilliant Miguel Angel Zotto tango production -- TangoX2, traveling around Italy (Milano, Roma, Napoli, Firenze, Parma, Bari, Padova, Cremona and Brescia) and Grecce (Athens).
They have performed and conducted seminars in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Chengdu), Hong Kong, Korea (Seoul, Busan and Ulsan), Japan (Tokyo), USA (Denver, Portland, San Francisco, Albuquerque, Tucson, Ashland, Durango, Colorado Springs and Vail), Canada (Toronto and Montreal) and Europe: Denmark, Portugal and Netherlands.

Diego Valero is considered by the public as an energetic and musical dancer. Stripped of public interests, from the beginning in the arts -his childhood- he pursues paths of conscious knowledge and free will. He has established himself as the winner of different theater, tango and Argentine folklore tournaments. He is appreciated as a instructor for his simplicity and pedagogical clarity when teaching the techniques. We could then conclude that he is an artist who has been consumed over the years as a great instructor, dancer and choreographer.
Delfina Pissani is a instructorinstructor, choreographer and tango dancer. She, in turn, has trained professionally in other branches of dance and art such as classical, contemporary, Argentine folklore and theater, capturing celebrated works within each discipline. She stands out for her presence and scenic power when performing an artistic act. She has toured within her country Argentina, South America and Europe. Her challenge is to continue undertaking projects that generate new learning and thus nourish herself from the infinite path that movement and stage productions generate.

Ernesto Suter & Paola Klinger have been dancing together since the year 2000 .
They are ‘porteños’, they were born and raised in Buenos Aires.
They have learned from the most recognized teachers and milongueros.
They joined to ACETA in 2006 (Argentine Tango Styles Academy) and studied from many different milongueros, teachers and choreographers for one year, ‘Negro’ Portalea, ‘Pupi’ Castello, ‘Chino’ Perico, ‘El Turco’ José Carlos & Maria Rivarola, Gabriel Angio & Natalia Gámez, Leonardo Cuello, among others.
Shows and demos at most important milongas in Buenos Aires, Sunderland Club, Viejo Correo, Salon Canning, Parakultural, La Baldosa, Sin Rumbo, Club Pedro Echague, among others.

Florencia and Leonel are pioneers of the Seoul tango community, having started teaching there since 2005. They organized the annual Seoul Tango Festival for 11 years, which brought many maestros and foreign visitors to Korea. Florencia studied ballet in college. She was a professional performer in musicals for 8 years. In 2004, in the Mundial in Buenos Aires, she won second prize in the stage section. Leonel is originally from Hong Kong. He lived in the US and won first prize at the 2002 USA Tango Championship. Leonel & Florencia have been invited to teach and perform in many cities in Korea and abroad.

Shinji lived in Argentina, the home of tango, for more than five years to learn from various Maestros. Also, Natsune started learning Argentinian Tango in her teens. They started working together in 2014. They are both musicians as well as dancers. Shinji is a Tango guitarist and Natsune is a Jazz singer. Their CDs are on sale, and their particular style of music has earned a good reputation. They have performed and run workshops inside and outside Japan. They are getting noticed and have recently been awarded prizes in the competitions listed below.
In 2015, they were runners up in the “Salon Championship of Tango Marathon” in Tokyo.
In 2016, they came 4th in the Stage section of the “Tango World Championship” in Korea.
In 2016, they came 3rd in the Milonga section, and 4th in the Vals section of the “Metropolitan Championship” in Korea.

They are the presidents of El Abrazo de Tango Hiroshima studio, have a history of became a champion of Tango Dance World Championship in Asia in 2015. Also, they are the finalist of Seoul International Championship in 2015. While working at the show and many events in the country, they have played in numerous shows in foreign countries as well, such as milonga in Buenos Aires theater and Taipei Tango Festival, Jakarta, Indonesia, Zarate City, Argentina, Sao Paulo, in Rio de Janeiro, etc.

Daniel Liu: Tango dancer and teacher, co-founder of the Taipei Tango Festival since 2003 and Tanguísimo Tango Space in Taipei since 2008. Having lived his childhood in Costa Rica and Dominican Republic, Daniel is a native speaker of Spanish. Little did he know that he would encounter Argentine Tango in Taiwan in 1997, up to the point of changing his career to become a professional tango dancer. His approach of tango is mainly through dance, but also through culture with massive reading of history and lyrics, and why not, through music by singing and playing the bandoneón. He loves tango salón in its essence, in the milonga, while finding fantasía and stage exhilarating! In the current era of information boom, his biggest challenge is to remain faithful to his teachers and to keep tango as traditionally intact as possible.
Joy Chi Wang: Born and raised in Taiwan, Joy Chi Wang is active in sharing her passion for a variety of arts, she serves as a classical music radio presenter, piano instructor as well as Argentine tango instructor, tango Dj and lecturer.
The very first time that Joy acquantainced with tango is through Piazzolla’s works in her teenage, since then she fell in love with tango, often played the music on piano and started to study the dance with Daniel Liu and Samantha Kuo in 2017 at Tanguisimo, Taipei.
So far Joy has been invited to perform tango at multiple venues, at same time she continues to learn from international top dancers, digging the harmony between purity and creativity of tango. To Joy, the euphoria of dancing tango comes from the music and the intimacy of two, she is thrilled and feels honored to deliver it at Sakura Tango Festival with Daniel and hope you too will enjoy the moment.

In 1992 they began to dance the Argentine tango together. They have a glowing reputation for their classes that are easy to understand, and based on the tango theory they gained while studying in Argentina.
The International Tango Conference (CITA) in Buenos Aires has sent a letter of thanks for your contribution to tango.
They are dancers and tango instructors representing Japan, holding workshops and exhibiting as a teacher at festivals in Japan and other countries.
Currently, they run the tango studio "LA BALDOSA" in Ebisu, Tokyo, and also give classes to young artists.
They were champions of the "Stage" category in the World Tango Championship in Asia, in 2006.
Akiyoshi was the president of the Japan Argentine Tango Professionals Association (NAPTA) and then from 2014 until he has served as vice president of the Japan Argentine Tango Federation (FJTA).

Angel & Lorena are professional tango teacher, dancer, choreographer and organizer.
They founded Angel Tango Academy in 2013 (near Hongdae Seoul). They organize Milongas & tango events. They are invited for Argentina Tango class / workshop / performance from tango communities and festivals of several cities in Korea and in Asia. They performed; 2022 & 2017~2019 Tango Festival en Tokyo, 2019 Tango in Paradise in Bali, 2019 El Abrazo de Tango in Hiroshima, 2018~2019 Sakura Tango festival in Fukuoka, 2018~2019 Jeju World Tango Festival, 2016 Korea Romantic Tango Week, 2016 Korea Tango Day, 2015~2022 Korea Tango Congress etc.
Also they performed tango Escenario at many of classic & tango programs with several musicians (such as Koh Sangji) on the art & culture theater stages in Korea from 2013that has about 50 regular tango classes per month, and organize Milonga.
Angel Aritta has been teaching and performing Argentina Tango for 15 years. As a director of KATA (Korea Argentine Tango Association), he communicates and organizes programs for development of Tango in Korea. Also he is a co-author for tango teaching materials of KATA. He choreographed tango dancing and tango performances for artistes & many festivals, and he appeared in a TV & cable program also.
Lorena learned Classical ballet, Jazz dance, Tap dance, Korean Traditional dance etc. since 2000. As an organizer she studied and worked for Art & Culture planning in France more than 5 years. She worked as art program director of Jeju World Tango Festival (2018-2019) and of K-Tango CF (2022).
As a tango artist she has a strong background in music (as a choir member, Rock musician, and Musical actress etc.).

Ernesto Borgonovo: Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he began to dance tango in 1997. Among his most important teachers are Gabriel Angio and Natalia Games, Mingo and Esther Pugliese, Raúl Bravo, Néstor Ray, José Vázquez Lampazo, El Gallego Manolo, Vanina Bilous, Fernando Galera , Vilma Vega, Natalia Hills, Gabriel Misse, Petaca, Jorge Dispari and María del Carmen, Damian Esell and Nancy Louzan among others. Since 1999 he has been dedicated to the teaching of tango. In 2001 he settled in Japan where he has his own academy "El Porteño", and he is the organizer of one of the oldest milongas of that country (La Típica de Kitano) where he is also a DJ. In 2002 he starred in the tango documentary "Nosotros" along with other great dancers like Petaca and Hernán Álvarez Prieto. Since the fundation of the Tango Ensemble Coqueta has been performing as a principal dancer for 10 years, in his numerous concerts and shows.. He is also invited to teach in China and other Asian countries for 15 years. Lately he is tempted to teach and give demonstrations in various cities of Europe. He is also the organizer of major tango events and festivals in Japan.
Hanami Borgonovo: Manager of the Argentine tango school "El Porteño". After achieving numerous accomplishments as a professional belly dancer for more than 10 years, she married Ernesto. And she decided to learn tango to express understanding to her husband, the tango dancer. During her stay in Argentina, she took tango courses and danced in milongas.
Since 2020 she started her career as a tango dancer.
She graduated from the Spanish Language Department of the National Distance Education University (UNED) of Spain and the Kansai Gakuin University.

Takashi & Megumi: They began their career as a professional tango dancer in September 2006 after studieing with the teachers Taihei Kobayashi and Yuko Eguchi, two leading figures of Argentine tango in Japan.
In 2011, they were a finalist in the World Tango Championship, in the Salon Tango category.
In 2013, they started working as a freelancer.
In January 2018, they founded thier own studio "ElRecodo" in Ningyocho, Nihonbashi.
In 2019, they won the stage category of the 16th Asian Tango Championship.
Numerous performances in various stages and exhibitions.
They participated in the show "El Cxuce" in Argentina and performed demos in the traditional Milonga "Sin Rumbo y Gricel".
They´ve a good reputation for his fluid expression, dancing various types of tango.
In addition, they actively participates in stage performances as a member of the Sumidagawa Dancers.

Tzu-Han & Kyoko: Based in Tokyo while also giving workshops in other cities. As a dance style, adores the improvisational appeal of Tango. Performed at various events including Beijing Tango Festival 2019, Seoul Tango Festival 2019/2017/2016/2019, Winter Tango Napoli 2018, Seoul Tango Fiesta 2018, Sientome Tango Weekend 2018, Singapore International Tango Festival 2018/2017/2016, Taipei Tango Festival 2017/2011, Korea Romantic Tango Week 2017/2016, Saigon Tango Festival 2016, Shanghai Tango Marathon 2016, Mantova International Tango Festival 2014, White Tango Festival in Moscow 2013. Invited as visiting teachers to the Elba World Tango Festival 2017/2015 in Italy, and the Oriental Tango Festival 2017 in Japan. Also performs as part of the Sumidagawa Dancers in stage shows.

Sumire & TAMAI: They are founders and directors of their own body dance studio “Studio RADA” in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
In 2014, he started working as a tango dancer under the stage name Sumire & TAMAI.
Each has a career as a contemporary dance choreographer, director, and performer, and has a reputation as next-generation tango dancers who weave back and forth between modern and traditional with their expressive dancing.
They were invited to the tango festivals in Palermo, Italy and Julie Music Tango Marathon, one of the biggest events in Asia (2018), Ibiza Tango Love on the island of Ibiza, Spain (2019), Hanoi, Vietnam Tango marathon in February of this year.
In July, they will participate in the Moonlight Tango Festival in Brisbane, Australia, and in January 2024, in the Tango Adicto Marathon in the Philippines.
In addition, they perform as members of the group "Sumidagawa Dancers" at various concerts and shows.

Ou Kubota: Ou Kubota started ballet dancing at the age of eighteen and joined Ballet group, “The Tokyo Ballet” of Tchaikovsky Memorial in 1995.
After leaving the group in 2004, he was fascinated by Argentine Tango, and tied up with Yoshiko Mamada in 2007. They became the winners of Stage Tango category for the Asian round of the World Competition in 2010(the 3rd place in 2009).
He opened his own dance studio “Inspiracion” in Fukuoka in 2011. He performed ballet and tango as a free-lance stage dancer. He also works successfully in all parts of Japan as an instructor.
Chaco (Hisako Iwamoto): - The winner of the Stage Tango category of Asia Tango Dance World Championship in 2011.

While staying in Argentine, she had performance exhibitions at Milonga, Sin Rumbo, Salon Canning, La Baldosa, Ideal, Villa Malcolm, and culture events in Buenos Aires. She has joined various shows and events as well as a dinner show at the Imperial Hotel in Japan. She works for Tango lessons in Japan, such as at the NHK culture center in Kobe and Osaka.

Raymond Chu and Lily Cheng have won as champions in Asian Championship in Japan in 2011 (Salon category), and also in the Championship in China in 2014. They have fight into the final round in the World Championship in Argentina for 2 times.
They have been dancing argentine tango since 2003 and later started their own dance school, Otrotango Dance Studio. They were invited to teach and perform in many festivals in Asia, and performed in some of the prestigious milongas in Buenos Aires, like Salon Canning and La Baldosa, Sunderland etc. They were invited to make choreographies for some of the top dancers in Asia.
They are renowned in their structured teaching emphasizing on details, precision and quality of movements. They have brought up many good dancers in HK, in 2018 their students have won all the top 3 places in China Championship. They were prestigiously invited to perform in the Hong Kong Dance Alliance Dance Award and in the HK Philharmonic Orchestra for the Astor Piazzolla 100 concert.
They have organised HK Tango Championship in some years, and they were invited to be judges in a few championships in China.

In 2017 they began to practice in pairs.
In addition to holding practice sessions at Cafe Rumvita in Kyoto, as a hobbyist, he participates in demonstrations at events and assists in event planning and management.
