Sakura Tango Festival

All ticket for milongas held at Nishitetsu Hall include an assigned seat.
Seating will be allocated by the Organisers and the seat cannot be selected. If you wish to share a table, please fill in the name of the person you wish an adjoining seat in the comments section below.

Registration process

After submitting your registration form, you will receive a "reservation acceptance email" from the organizer (TIEMPO).
Please transfer to the account indicated in the "reservation acceptance email" or pay at the reception at TIEMPO by the designated date. Please note the transfer commission should be at your expense. 
If you pay at TIEMPO, you will pick up an advance ticket on the spot. For bank transfer, please receive the advance ticket at the reception desk on the day.

Important notes

  We don't exchange tickets for any reason: lost, burn, tear, etc... Please take care of it.

  Any cancellation for personal reasons after payment of fee cannot be accepted.
Neither will the ticket be refunded in the case that the artist has been changed or cancelled, or in the case of a change of stage or performance hours.
** If the organizer decides to cancel the festival due to the spread of Covid-19, you will receive a refund.

  It is prohibited to resell tickets to a third party.

  TIEMPO assume no responsibility for any problems of ticket purchased outside of PIA and TIEMPO.

  Holders of the MILONGA FULL PASS will be required to show their photo ID at entrance to all milongas.

  MILONGA FULL PASS may be used only by the individual in whose name it has been issued.
When there is a violation, the right of receiving discount becomes invalid.
Since the user's name is required to register for the MILONGA FULL PASS, each person must register separately.

  Admission fee to After Milongas pay on the day at the venue. After Milongas offers non-reserved seating only. Reserved seating is not available.

  How many years have you been dancing tango?   How many times a month?   Indicate the workshops you wish to register for. (Multiple choice allowed)
* Please choose lessons for your level.

I   All Level is a class for beginners, but intermediate and advanced people can also participate.

* Please make sure to not register the lessons held at the same time of the day.

Registration process

1.  After submitting your registration form, you will receive a "Reservation acceptance email" from the organizer (TIEMPO).
Please transfer to the designated account or pay at the reception at TIEMPO within a week either at the reception of "reservation acceptance email". Please note the transfer commission should be at your expense. 

2.  After confirming payment, you will receive a "Confirmation e-mail" from TIEMPO to confirm that your registration has been accepted.

3.  A Voucher for Festival registration will be sent by e-mail attachment.

4.  Please print out the voucher for Festival registration and present it at the reception desk of Tiempo by the day of the event. You will receive the "Festival Registration Certificate".
* The presentation of the "Festival Registration Certificate" will be required at all of your registered workshops. Please note that if you do not have it with you at the venue, you may incur the payment of the difference between the pre-registration prices and the day's prices.

Important notes

  The registered lessons are only for the applicants. They are not subject to transfer.
If you violate the rule, you will lose the right to participate in the workshop lessons.

  WORKSHOP PASS purchaser is requested to show his/her ID with photo at each WS.
Since the user's name is required to register for the WORKSHOP PASS, each person must register separately.

  The following cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation after registering for the workshop.
-- Cancellation policy --
    [to March 9th, 2022]   3,000 yen of handling charge
    [March 10th to March 31st, 2022]  3,000 yen of handling charge + 10% of the total amount of registered classes or WORKSHOP PASS fee.
    [After April 1st, 2022]   100% of the total amount of registered classes or WORKSHOP PASS fee.
** If the organizer decides to cancel the festival due to the spread of Covid-19, you will receive a refund.
